FAQ

Fee questions

A maker order adds liquidity to the order book — it rests until another trade fills it — and pays the lower maker fee. A taker order removes liquidity by matching immediately against an existing order and pays the taker fee. Flash Trade uses spread-based pricing instead, shown inside the quote you lock in before confirming.
Tiers are based on your rolling 30-day trading volume in USD equivalent across eligible spot markets. Volume is recalculated daily, so your fee tier updates automatically as your activity changes — there is nothing to apply for. Institutional and OTC clients can arrange custom pricing via our team.

The fees shown on this page are illustrative examples for this prototype and do not reflect live pricing. Actual rates depend on product, region, payment method, network conditions and your VIP tier, and may change without notice. Prices of virtual assets can be highly volatile — please assess your risk tolerance before trading. See our Terms & Conditions and Risk Disclosure for full details.
